Grant Funding

ICFC has been the grateful recipient of grants from government and other organizations that help us enhance our services. Grants have specific timelines in which to meet designated outcomes or provide certain services.

Early Learning and Child Care Centre

Early Learning and Child Care Centre is an Alberta -wide pilot program providing quality child care for children 0 to kindergarten with maximum fees of $25 per day. Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Centres support children and families by focusing on improvements to address gaps in the current system.

Edmonton Community Foundation

We have received funding through the Edmonton Community Foundation to support a project to expand our intercultural programming to include an authentic and respectful approach to Indigenous perspectives. This project included Elder-led sessions for staff and parents, and finding meaningful, developmentally appropriate ways to incorporate Indigenous culture and knowledge into the programs at both our child care centres.
