  • What is subsidy?

    Subsidies are a program offered by the Albertan Government. Their intention was to offset the cost of child care for eligible lower-income families.

  • Are there any programs that have replaced subsidy?

    Currently, there are none. However, our Norquest location may offer bursaries for parents who are students at Norquest.

  • How do I pay for my monthly child care fees?

    Monthly child care fees are collected via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on the 5th day of each month. You are required to provide the centre with a signed pre-authorized debit form along with a void cheque from your financial institution.

  • What is the waiting list for the centre?

    It is best to phone our centres to find updated information on our waiting list.

     

  • Do I have to supply my own diaper wipes for my baby?

    No, our centre supplies baby wipes. 

  • Do I need to make a deposit to put my name on the waiting list?

    No. At this time we do not take deposits to add your name to the waiting list. We ask that if you find another child care centre, please inform us so we can remove you from the waiting list.
