Kate Kidd Biography

I was born in the United States and lived there and in Japan before my family came to Canada in 1977. I attended Grant MacEwan College and completed a diploma in Child and Youth Care and then went to the University of Victoria to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care. After several years of working in various community and school based positions, I returned to school and completed a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology. As Family Support Worker for each of ICFC’s centres, I divide my time between the two locations.
