Rowena Cabacungan Biography

I received my Bachelor of Education degree in the Philippines and taught there for 10 years before coming to Canada. Having worked in early childhood for almost seven years now, I have found my passion! I love being at ICFC because of the diversity of children, families, and staff. I can speak Ilocano (my local dialect), Tagalog, English and basic Cantonese words.
